There are glitched ticks in MQ, and you can still get the max ticks from the first act with them (although it's a bit harder I think). I gave it a few tries yesterday and it seems there are at least 1 ...

Is the 2nd to last squeeze possible? If not, you got any ideas what optimal is, and are you going for it?
