Here. This the best I could come up with.

4- Next Note. Will overrun a bass phrase, but it won't make any difference.
4- Immediately or you will overrun the next Guitar phrase.
2- Immediately to have every triple chord under SP.
3- Next [YO] chord, if you can nail the killer part.
2- Next [GRB] chord.
2- Next [GYB] chord.
2- Skip the last phrase in its last [BO] chord, considering all of that whammy.

chord, maybe squeeze a few ticks before
2- Wherever will get the SP to run out after you squeeze the last note...

Sorry, but I don't know whammy amounts, so... other than that, I think it's right

The current first place score (869.5k with very little to no squeezing) was achieved with (basically; might be a little off) this path:

4 - Next note
2 - First tri-chord
2 - First tri-chord
2 - Next note
3 - Next note
2 - First tri-chord
2 - Second GYB
2 - Sixth G of measure 86

I don't know how close this is to optimal, but hey, it seems to work.
