This is the one, the score at the bottom is what the Tatermonger (I only hate on him cause I'm jealous) currently has on PS2. I'm convinced better is possible. The only squeeze with ticks involved is the first, otherwise it's all about simple note squeezes. Whammying is necessary for the second activation but you're nearly guaranteed the needed amount even if you fall asleep on the whammy bar.
