Thats how the leagues got started (idea thought up by Javman and launched originally in the Rivalries forum), and Azurac is running an online single elimination thing right now too in timing with march madness.

Break out with your idea and drum up enough interest. This might go in Rivalries forum tho, i think Tournaments forum is more talking about face-to-face GH competitions.
