manually charting HO/PO

I've searched around and found several posts pointing to methods, but none actually showing/telling how. What are the known ways of manually inputting HO/PO? Thanks

You've read guides on how to do it but not on how to do it?...What guides are you referring to?
For GH3 PS2 (and I think Wii) use this:

For GH3 PC you need to manually add it to the chart file in notepad as a note with its note number 5 (it starts at zero, and the sixth 'note' is taken as the HOPO changer). The next version of GHTCP will make it easier.

I was really close to FCing Cliffs of Dover on Expert once, but I got so excited I blew the tenth note.

Thanks for the link. I meant that I found posts where people would be like well there is Leff's method etc. but nobody would go into further detail lol
