Ok, so im not the best person with the techincal stuff and chipboards and whatnot, but my mates came across something which will make my guitar as good as I can get it wireless

http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=23&products_id=3271&lsaid=90022

Do think this will be a good idea, or should I really just go for the wireless effort?

well if it's the british way then we can't really have an opinion here then now can we? (jk)

i wouldn't too much effort, and if you're gonna say "WELL I CAN ROCK OUT THEN" um...you need a tad bit on concentration to do well...

my opinion...

Good idea NotinCn.

It looks like NotinCn stored the cord inside the guitar which shouldnt be too hard for those non technical people.

It also looks like NotinCn didnt have a cutting tool (or too excited to get it working right away) and used a dull butter knife to make the slot. LOL

Also using velcro might be a better idea for anyone else instead of gluing it to the guitar. That way you can use it for other things.

na, i didn't have anything to cut the hold with really, oh well. But to let you guys know there is enough room inside the guitar for you to wrap up the wire, I didn't cut it or shorten it at all. And the thing works fine, no lag at all.

maby i'll find one of thoes at a gamestop or something instead of online. i would bunch up the controler wire with a few zip ties that were as tight as posible. and then atatch it somwear to the guitar. is it too big to go inside?

something along the lines of this?

exept alot neeter you know like 4 zipties REALY tight, and inside, i stoped the cord a few inches belowthe orange freat so it wont get in the way

and i think their would be room for the reciver inside the guitar

Oh there's enough space.

I'm thinking about doing this, instead of gluing it like that, opening up the unit, replace the switch with a small toggle switch from radio shack, store the whole unit inside (its rf, it will go through the plastic) and drill a hole in the top of the guitar, next to my guitar freaks switch, for on/off.

Now to give the guitar a paint job...
