Sorry, but how can you activate SP after 1 Phrase?

^ The whammy bar. Use it to get SP out of the hold notes, which will give you enough SP to activate after only one phrase

This question is for someone who can determine points with starpower... since I am not very good at it.

On the 6th activation shown here. would activating on the 3rd green instead of the 2nd yield more points?
