Alright, summer holidays were nice but time to get back to a normal routine. The Turk has been progressing even though I haven't been able to post in the last 6 weeks (yikes!)

It doesn't mean I haven't been working on it though! Remember that it's 80% Design and 20% Work. I have come across a few hurdles that are yet to be resolved but they are not a show-stopper yet. I'll post what I can when I tidy up the software I've modified so far and this should take us to the mock-up stage of the hardware player.

The first few expenses have been incurred for the purchase of 7 servos, a DC motor for the whammy bar, and a PWMPAL to sort out the timing issues for signals that will control the fretting actuators.

Stay tuned!

I was wondering where this project went. There was a lot of hubbub about it for a while and then nothing for a really long time.

Good to see this is still in progress. I really wanna see this thing done.
