This song seems to be having a lot of problems; there are erroneous ties at 26th, 38th, and 46th places, plus 36th place is missing.

lots of "erroneous ties".... I saw them around ranks 217, 244, 299.... but I assume once you fix one they all get fixed?

This might be right, but it's kind of confusing. Jprez has 501246 and HellAshes/Lahawk both have 501154, but they're all in third place.
