I have decided that starting 8/5/2010-9/5/2010, I will try to listen and critique one album each day.
What I'm asking:
Request albums! The first 32 albums that I have not heard I will listen to! EDIT: Doesn't matter what genre!
Give your opinions! But don't put anything like "oh dey suk lololol" because I have learned that's no bueno.
What not to do:
Post troll albums. I have already heard ITAOTS, Party Hard is amazing, etc.
Be a complete douchebag to my opinions. You have an opinion. I get it. Don't be a Kanye.
Insult me directly. Again, no bueno, and if you post an album AND insult me directly, I will not listen to it.
Got it? Good!
EDIT: 1:14 pm, 8/2: Holy crap! Most days filled, and I haven't even gotten close to the fifth!

Wow, you have a lot of money to buy so many albums so quickly
(haha)
I guess I'll request Cerebrum - Spectral Extravagance _________________

I'll get this in before someone else does and say Between the Buried and Me - Colors. If you've heard that already, try Vertical Horizon's "Go" for some alt-rock action, or Ayreon's "The Human Equation" for a good old-fashioned prog metal opera. _________________

Don't flit from one thing to another, because that just smacks of a large lack of determination and drive. And people don't like you for that, and won't remember you for it. I mean, I get that you have a plucky spirit and a willingness to try new things, but there's a limit, man. | I might knock it down to just Thursday and Friday. |

BTW, If I add the album, I will make an edit to the OP.
I will not spam this thread, only for reviews. _________________

Does it have to be metal? If not... The New Pornographers - 'Electric Version'. If you're planning to buy it, it's currently only $3.99 on Amazon's MP3 store. _________________

If you're looking for stuff you probably don't know, I'd suggest Like Vines - The Hush Sound. Everyone that I ask about the album, and I asked quite a few peeps, said they never heard about it. It's far from bad too. |

Yewb is a very smart man for recommending The Human Equation.
I'll request Devin Townsend - Ocean Machine _________________

If you're doing live albums, Silverchair - Live From Faraway Stables. A nice range of their discography. Second half has some amazing songs. _________________

I don't know if you've already heard this or not, and it's 16.99 on iTunes (or at least, I think it was when I bought it), but I'd like to suggest:
My Morning Jacket- Okonokos |

Meh, Ayreon albums are hard to get into (story-wise) when you're not familiar with it.
Can I request another album? Seeing as Yewb did two, too. This time it's not a metal album, but progressive rock (featuring one of the most elegant and underrated guitarists ever, IMO): Camel - Rajaz
(Rajaz is the album name ) _________________

Ok, this is the last time:
NO MORE 2 ALBUMS.
You get one. Yewb got two because he thought I wasn't gonna do one, and Ontwikseltsaar get's another one because he went before Yewb. _________________

Actually, he thought you weren't gonna do one, and he suggested two other albums to do, from which you were to choose one.
Fair enough though, thanks a lot for still including my second suggestion (= _________________

Hmm, I'd say... Fear of a Blank Planet - Porcupine Tree. One of my favorite albums. _________________

In all fairness, that was also the first time you said that. But yeah, I only intended for you to pick one of the two albums I suggested. Obviously it's up to you if you want to listen to them both, but I didn't expect you to. _________________
