This thread is quite long, what would be nice is for some links to useful posts on the thread introduction bit. _________________

Tell you what. You find threads with complete and useful answers to all the questions being posted, and I'll post them somewhere convenient. _________________

Fair enough, I'm going through the thread finding all the useful posts, with answers to questions that have been/may be asked. I will post them here when I've finished. _________________

My guitar hero controller is no longer working after installing this program..
The strum bar works in the menu, but not in the song.
Only the green and red fret is working in the menu, but noone is working in a song.
How to fix? Try'd to reset the controls but no luck |

I keep getting an error after I execute actions... I view the log and under the "Create Music Track" I get this:
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)
I'm running Windows 7 x64 home premium... I run it as administrator. I also have re-installed Guitar Hero 3, patched it, and rebooted. I have re-installed everything and done everything! Wtf. Basically what I'm asking, is what does this message mean, or at least, how can I fix it. |

It tells you that youre Audio files has the wrong format.
I got the same Error.
Its supposed to be a:
.ogg
.flac
.mp3
.wav
I convertet the song i was using to all of the 4 formats...but i still get the Error that tells me FAILED to load becuz of wrong format......
I converted with DVDVideoSoft's FreeStudio.
And the Force MP3 Conversion option seems not to work.....
I got Win 7 x64 and the newest Version of GHCTP.
I Hope someone can Help.

But I am sorry to say I don't find anything relevant in song properties. I've tried offset and my guitar sound track just became softer, instead of having changing the timing of the chart. I could be slower than anyone in exploring |

Well that sounds like you adjusted the Guitar Volume value instead of the Offset value _________________
