Electronic Drum Kit

Hey everyone, I recently tried to setup my electric drum kit (Legacy DD505) to make it play with Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock. I managed to get it all connected, but I have no idea how to customise the midi output on the drums to make all the pads hit the right notes, so could anyone help me? Cheers.

I'd actually like to know if the Alesis DM6 set can be used for GH WOR. I've heard that i can't because it's a usb midi and I would need something that's midi-midi. Really want to drum and play but I need to find the right kit to use.
