Guitar hero PC with wii guitar?

Hello everyone. I just found this website today and iam more then thrilled.

So i've seen a few guides using diffrent consoles etc but diden't find this combo.

If i download guitar hero 3 for pc and connect my wii remote to my pc aswell. Can i then download custom songs use them on my guitar hero pc game and play with my wii guitar?
