Way to extract GH3 Wii charts/songs?

Right, so there are ways to get customs into GH3 for the Wii but my question is: Is there a way to get those files back out?

Reason is that I've got the GH3 Fail Edition for the Wii and, rather than try to dig up charts and manually sync everything up myself with whatever version of the song I can find, take whatever files were compiled into its ISO and just, well, extract them into a format that either GH3 PC or GHTCP can handle

My guess is that this is impossible, considering my googles have come up with absolutely nothing but I still have hope that there's a way (until someone ultimately crushes it here)
