GHTCP Won't Let Me Apply My New Song

Hello guys, I've tried for the first time to add a custom song to Guitar Hero 3 but I'm facing a little problem.
I add the song's name, the guitar track and then the chart file but then I won't be able to Apply and move on to the song's properties.
What am I doing wrong?
