Yeah I'm really close now, it looks like I only need a bit over 700 more points. I'm sure I can get that many just from 80s - thank god cause I'm awful at squeezing GH1 with its painfully slow scroll speed. |
Towels are your friend! Just don't put a piece of paper over it and it randomly falls. Not sure how much it'll help on Medium, but it should still help a fair bit. |
Idunno, since the point of a towel is to help with your reaction time, I think they're better for getting fc's on higher difficulties than grinding for high scores. Though No One Knows and Cowboys From Hell were a real pain to fc, a towel might have helped then lol
But forget about all that, cause I just passed 10th!  Still not done redoing 80s, but after that I think I'm done with Medium for now. |

Nice! Wonderful job mate! I can't remember if I used a towel for my (very) short lived GH1 Easy squeezing. And I also knocked myself into the top 10 for 660! (Unless I forgot how math works again) |

Leaderboards are up to date for today, 07/01/2015, enjoy. For a very pleasant surprise, there were updates to all 4 boards while I was gone, how about that. Over on Easy we had (210) points from DrSham, (652) points from Doughboy, neat. For Medium, we had 46,734 points from DrSham, and (47,601) points from solrac7623 letting him gain his goal of cracking the top 10 on MO211, how about that. Hard saw 2,711 points from DrSham, 94,264 points from InsolentWill, and a massive haul of 10,121,202 points from LlamaYip, putting in scores for each song helps a ton. Finally, Expert saw a ton of point gains, 25,685 points from ready2rock, (31,537) points from MrOmyA, 43,042 points from RobGHHH, (45,367) points from Undead, (52,576) points from ihatebarracuda, 92,667 points from 2003041, 142,053 points from AnarchyInTheCA, 150,438 points from PinkiePie91, 239,320 points from Kerfoot32, and the debut of GuitarSlayer1307 onto our Grand Total board, at 45th place, congrats to him. I will give the nod of the week to LlamaYip for basically being awesome and getting all his Hard scores in, plus a near FSFC, he just has a few pesky old school ones to go. Great week all, keep it up for next time.
As for me, I had a nice vacation. We saw DC, Dogfish Head brewery in Delaware, West Virginia, the Louisville Slugger factory in Kentucky, Independence Hall and the Liberty bell in Pennsylvania, and a ton of breweries in Michigan. It was a solid and fun trip. Work is getting to be very busy and yet we are far ahead at the same time. The pool remained perfect while I was gone, which was a nice surprise. Sadly, my video card I think bit the dust yesterday in my main home PC, so I might be in the market for a new computer, my old one is 6 years old. Have a good week all.

| So glad I finally knocked myself into top ten for 660. It will... probably not happen on the other boards. Maybe... top 20 for 211, and if I redux Band Hero/Get the DS games (all of them) Top five doesn't seem /that/ far out of reach. Or if I can get 15M off of them... that'd net me at rank four. Maybe someday.... Reduxing band hero sounds /much/ easier than getting a DS and /finding/ all the games (and also learning how not to be terrible at them) and it looks like BH will be about 600-700k whenever I get around to reduxing. So... maybe /one/ day I will be in the top three. |

Thanks bushi! I still have a lot of scores to input though; I'm missing most of World Tour and GH5, and then I have a lot of spots in GH2 and GH80s to fill so I have a lot more points to get back...
But yay only 3 FC's left for the Full Series FC. It would be quite the feat if I manage to pull it off anytime during my life lol

Went back to GH:M and added in just under 402k in points. Gonna see if I can find any in GH:SH now...
Edit: added just under 32.4k on SH with Play With Me and TTFaF (Could've finally had a 700K run....)

Leaderboards are up to date, for today, 07/08/2015, enjoy. There was movement on all but Medium this week, how about that. Over on Easy, we had (316) points from Doughboy, and tannernieland11 finished his dominance of Easy and Medium O211, and now sits an amazingly less than 1000 points from the community total, just WOW. Hard was pretty quiet, but it had the debut of juggledave, with a starting total of 107,453,819 points, welcome to the boards. Finally, on Expert we had (12,618) points from MrOmyA, 20,283 points from Kerfoot32, 90,619 points from GuitarSlayer1307 points on the grand total boards, several ranking bumps and 553,789 points from 2003041, and many ranking bumps with 849,336 points from RobGHHH. Pretty good week all around, I will give the nod of the week to tannernieland11 for pushing the community totals on E/M O211 to their maximum extreme, amazing stuff. Lets hope for more excitement next week.
As for me, nothing really all that exciting, work, Diablo3, Hearthstone. At work, we finally got all the buildings on our team done, yesterday, now we get to help over at the AC and other team's buildings. Hearthstone, I now actually have a very healthy collection of cards, and can more or less make most decks, just missing most of the legendaries obviously. Diablo3, my wife and I cleared a pair of 49s, and now are trying to get a 50 keystone to try that. I have shelved my WD for now to work on the barb, whom is a lot of fun, but not way overpowered like the WD. The new patch notes for 2.3 look very exciting, so I am looking forward to that. It keeps raining here, and so I haven't gotten to enjoy my pool much, it is staying clean, so there is that. Finally, this Friday, we are having a big get together for an epic craft beer tasting of 36 beers, will be amazing. On Sunday, my mom is having a major milestone, she turns 60, so that should be fun too. Have a good week all.

WOOHOO! I finally feel like the effort I've been putting in is paying off immensly now more than before. I wanna move up more, which means I'll be expanding my current play list (gh3, SH, ghm, and ghvh) to incorporate more score jumps... I guess... No idea where I was going with this.
