Weird Setlist Glitch

So customs was working fine for me for the first few days I had it. I loaded customs yesterday and tried to add a new setlist, and I got the msg "GuitarHero.sgh already exists" when it doesn't. I've tried everytging but reinstalling the game (and thats because SetupWizard keeps running into issues when uninstalling gh3). Someone pls help me!

I have already tried different setlists as well, so thats not the issue

A bit more information would be helpful. Was this from a clean install of GH3 and GHTCP? Did you try to install the setlist before unsuccessfully? Did you use an offical version of GH3 or did you use no1mann's installer or something else of that ilk?

I did install the setlist properly, yes Im on no1manns guitar hero 3
