Wow sir, a FGFC of drums on GHWoR, very impressive stuff indeed. Now that you are onto the last three songs it must feel like a huge weight has been lifted. I look forward to you getting the FSFC on the GH side. Aside from finishing the GH FSFC, I was hoping you could enlighten me about the following:
1) Are you planning on making more attempts on Homecoming and finishing out both RB FSFC and GH FSFC by one player?
2) Will you replay Spirit of the Radio on Expert and get a score in for a fully documented FG/FSFC?
3) Have you ever tried to FC 2112 on drums for either GH or RB? That would be kinda fun to see both videos and compare them.
4) What goals do you have after that?
Curious to see your responses, good luck on GH5, and looking forward to the good news sooner rather than later.

1. I actually got my new best attempt on Homecoming today, with a -1. Considering I had my previous best run in September of 2015, I think I'm in a good place with that song at the moment.
2. Yeah absolutely, definitely want to get that done as well. It technically wouldn't be Expert FSFC without it since that was X+, so although I've FC'd it in a way it is missing still.
3. 2112 on RB is just not really a song I feel like going for, to be honest. I'm pretty much guaranteed to miss the quads at the end which is just not a fun time. One dumb miss 20+ minutes in on an FC run is enough for me.
4. After I get FSFC on GH drums I don't really have any particular goals on drums, so I might as well move on and do guitar/bass and continue FBFCing stuff. As far as my guitar skills are on GH, probably the best thing I've done is ItO solo 2A. Spanish Fly is probably the best FC I have though. On RB I have a practically endless supply of cool stuff to go for (thousands of RBN+customs) so I'm not gonna get bored there lol.

Bump 9/21/17
As of today, I have completed the journey to Full Series FC on both Guitar Hero and Rock Band on Expert Drums!
On May 2nd, I finally managed to FC Homecoming after a great struggle, which gave me the Rock Band Drums FSFC!
I held off on updating my threads because I figured it would be cooler to update with a dual FSFC post. I didn't anticipate DWEDFN taking another 4 and a half months, but it really is that stupid on-disc, unfortunately. I did manage to FC it today, however!
Immediately afterwards, I FC'd DYFLWD, the song I was saving for last. Thankfully it took one try.
Really I don't even know what to say, it's just incredible knowing that I've finally done it all. Years ago I was just FCing easier songs casually working towards just a couple FGFCs, and now here I am with it all done. DWEDFN was such a frustrating grind and absolutely the hardest song in the GH series for me. It really doesn't look that bad, but doing it on-disc just makes it unplayable. I also had a miss 6 notes from the end earlier today, which was just devastating. I knew I had it then though, and well here it is. I guess I should work on guitar now.

Super amazing job, Slashno. Knew you could do it. I think you could go for an ADDFSFC (All Difficulties Dual FSFC) if you had the patience for it.

Ahem, well damn sir. I figured after you got Homecoming on the RB side, already had WoR and Space Truckin' it was a matter of time but just WOW. Drums FCs are a thing of beauty, and FGFCs on Expert are pretty rare. I think maybe one or two other people might have a FSFC on drums on one side or the other, but no one has the dual FSFC on drums, except you now. You are truly a model of persistence in your quest. Very impressive stuff, where do you possibly go from here? Take a well deserved break and do, well, pretty much anything else. Congrats on a job well done!

| Absolutely insane my friend! I have no clue at all how you got that on the GH5 engine... It seems completely broken on easy imo lol. But holy shit mate. I knew you could do it! Any plans to possibly go for any OMBFGFC's? That'd be... insane, and you already have a -5 on Satch, and it seems from your comment on that score, it seems like you're rather good at Solo D. So... I think you could probably get one, but no clue if you enjoy playing vocals/bass, or even guitar. Never thought I'd see the day where someone had a dual FSFC on Expert drums! Best of luck on your future goals! |

I definitely could (I've already done War Ensemble on Hard) but I really don't care at all about lower difficulties, honestly.

Thanks dude, I always like seeing you comment lol. And yeah, there is one other FSFC on drums each on GH and RB (smarock did GH a little under two years ago and Chris did RB five days before I finally got it). I'm the first GH FSFC done completely on-disc though, since Steven used BH for GH5 songs. Honestly I don't really have a lot I wanna do on GH now on drums. I would go for all DLC FC but I don't have it all so that's not an option lol. I'd rather do guitar/bass stuff, but I mostly play RB3 since I have a ton of songs on there to go through so GH progress is probably not gonna be super consistent lol.

Yeah, GH5 sucks on drums. When I got Scatterbrain on-disc two years ago I thought it was the stupidest and most aggravating thing I'd ever attempted, but DWEDFN is even worse. It's mostly just insulting because DWEDFN would otherwise not really be that hard of a song, it's just the game being stupid that makes it insane. I don't really see myself getting OMBFGFC on any GH game since I'm no good at vocals (my only GH vocal FCs are 2112 pt. 7 and Beautiful Disaster) but I have OMBFGFC on GDRB and I just need about 15 songs on vocals to get OMBFGFC on RB3. I definitely was close to Satch Boogie at that point, but I'm not nearly as good at solo D anymore lol, kind of unfortunate.

Thanks a lot, it definitely was a long time coming lol. And yeah, I noticed I lost the 6th star on DWEDFN because I overhit after the last note  In the video I actually got 6 stars at the end of the song, but the game took it away from me at the stats screen and it went back down to 5. :/ Kind of annoying to be honest, but obviously you can just look up another FC of it and see that the note streak is 959 lol.
