You can break a combo yet still get 100%.
By strumming by accident you can break the combo, as long as you still hit all the notes you will get 100%. _________________

Now that you say it, it's so obvious.

don't becasue i always wondered if you strumming where's there's no notes will break your 100% AND ruin your note streak...but i've always forgotten to test it out... |

4, 4, 3, 2, 4, 2 (don't really need the last one)
Shame I was just under 200K here. There are so many SP notes close together it is difficult to tell which ones to hit and which ones to leave. There are a couple of chords but they don't seem very easy to time to get the 8x for them. _________________

Sure to confuse the issue....
I tried Brain's path just cause my own weren't spectacular and I came up short of my previous scores so.........
Unfortunately I never noted which of 3 pathes I had produced the highest so I'm gonna take a guess. I think with a good performance it can get about 206 K which might not be the path to 208K, or maybe it is..........
It's as simple as 3-(1)-2-(1)-3-(1)-2-(1)-2-(1)-2-3-3
or 3-2-3-2-2-2-3-3, numbers in () are sp skipped.
Get 3, next note, skips sp4
Get 2, on the 12th G note about 1.5 measures later, skips sp7
Get 3, on Y note of measure 54, skips sp11, tight one
Get 2, next note, skips sp14
Get 2, No whammy, next note skips sp17, tight one
Get 2, no whammy, next note, tight one, gotta activate in short R hold note
Get 3, Only whammy 1 beat, you coose which one, next note, tight one
Get 3, whammy not needed, next note
Little slow on the sp in the beginning but then they come rapid fire at the end. I've had trouble activating quickly enough and not missing notes.
Also won't be surprised if optimal path is different and much simpler, or if 2 different pathes can get the same results. _________________

I tried this path and performed it near perfectly. A few notes under SP that I could have hit. But I only came up with about 202,000.
Blah, i wish I knew the right path to this one. _________________

I don't know how you managed to only skip over 2, but I just got 1st by skipping over 4. |

Anyone care to share some path alternatives? The path I posted awhile ago skips 5. I got 4 differnt color paths charted and it hurts my eyes. I gotta admit, this song and Frankenstein always stump me.
I was thinking with the huge number of activations and lack of squeezing I could easily be 3K behind and then some. But I get the feeling I'm missing something pathwise. My ultimate goal in life is to download this chart one final time and block out THE perfect path once and for all.
I'll sit down and wait for my answer, thanks. _________________

3-2-4-3-2-2-3-2
It's the same as medium's until the very end (slightly tweaked activations naturally), where's it's better to go with 3-2 than 3-3. You skip over the sp in measure 98. _________________
