Not sure what Zelda's path was, but this is worth a bit more (but requires one or two uses of the pause trick). Also, it requires you to miss very close to before the first note, so as to nullify the first SP phrase. So ignoring that phrase, the path is

2 - NN, goes to G in m12 (if you don't do the above trick, then push back a note for -50)
2 - NN, goes to first B in m19
C2 - Imm (pause trick, also dualshock needed to keep ticks, don't overlap m27 SP)
2 - Imm (pause trick may be needed, don't overlap m35 SP)
2 - 2N, goes to G in m43
2 - NN, goes to first Y in m52 (theoretically possible but very very hard to squeeze to the R)
2 - NN

With no ticks on the last act and missing the 6th act squeeze, you'd get 106584. Optimal will be around 106820.
