First 4 (SP phrases 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8) need to be activated right away, and (because you're on the 360, and you can't time your activation as well as others) with no whammying.

SP phrases 9 and 10 (for the fifth activation) can be whammied. Then, activate at the first RYB chord in measure 72.

I'm not sure if it's possible to whammy phrases 11 and 12 and then activate right away and then make it to the end of the song. I usually activate at the first held Y in measure 90 and make it a little bit past the end of the song.
