I used a fairly simple strat to get 154K.

Initially that was the same path I had as well. But looking at the non-blue background charts I'm thinkin' 3-2-2-3-1 is about 2 more notes. Haven't tried it yet but...........

Thx for that, Cdw but I won't be playing GH1 for a while - irritating activations, bad HO/PO system and good progress on GH2 hard are my main reasons. I'm probably going to buy 80's this or next week too so no time.
