I've haven't counted the 4-3-2 part because it's the same (well, eXcelon path have more ticks, but this is tweakable).

eXc path: 3200+3300 = 6500
Sully path: 6400

eXcelon path wins.

PD: eXcelon, that double squeeze on the 1st act. is not possible. And assuming that it's possible, will be possible too to use 2-3 (without skipping any phrase)
