Alrighty... Good luck because I just squeezed 20 more ticks out of my first place. I do believe that that's all of the ticks, so unless you get another squeeze I didn't see, I think it's pretty much optimal.
Oh and cwo, here ya go.

2 - 11th Y
2 - 2nd Y
2 - R sustain

yipee... now I must check other songs paths. I have being trying to FC hard. Im stuck thanks to fast picking and gay endings. I missed the last fuckin note on R&R ... oh well. time to reclaim some easys. OH my god! im in fourth!

God I hate you. You'll be sorry when I whip out a 119.5
EDIT: Well I found the other 12 points, but I tryed about 3 other different activation points and none of them were better. Care to share the new activation point? lol

That's fine because I played this song for a long time until I was happy with my score. The only difference is on the 1st and 3rd activation you activate during the star power hold towards the end which gets more ticks. I think I got 24 out of the first one and 16 out of the second, but there is more left.
