2nd activation: You can reach 2 chords (or maybe 3.. I don't know exactly)
last activation: Use after 1,5 beats on the sustain to get moar scoar

first activation should be the previous chord so you can tick a little more

2nd activation can reach the 5th chord of that measure (i really dont know about reaching the 6th)

3rd looks good altho the timing is hard, i actually only whammy the first one and activate ever so slightly past the 73 measure line for a good visual

4th can be about a 1.25 beats into that whammy (1.5 to be safe) to just barely reach the final chord early.

Green = SP phrase, Blue = Activation, Red = No whammy. The second squeeze is tough, but it's possible.
