Pueblo, CO - GH2 tournament on Nov. 18th

Once again at the codeblue gaming center in Pueblo, Colorado.

As long as they get their copy by the weekend the tournament will happen. If they don't get it, I'll have one of my copies that I have reserved....

Since it's so soon after the release it's pretty much a sight reading tournament.....

I'll be updating this as the release date gets closer.

When: Saturday, November 18th, 2006
Where: Codeblue Gaming & Entertainment Center Facility
Time: 3:00PM - Completion
Gamer Fees: $20 per player

Cash Prizes:
1st Place: 65% of collected total
2nd Place: 25% of collected total
sponsored prizes to be announced on game day

Console: PS2
Rules:
Tournament Set-up and Guidelines:
The tournament will be setup in a 1 vs. 1 format with rounds consisting of a “best 2 of 3 songs” format for the winner to advance to the next round.
The songs being played in each round will be determined by the participants in the round. A coin flip will be used to determine who gets first song choice. The loser of the coin flip will choose the 2nd song, and, in the case of a 3rd song tie-break, the tournament organizer will pick a song at random.
Song difficulty will begin at the Medium level for the opening round of play, and as the tournament proceeds, the difficulty levels will increase to Hard, and eventually Expert for the Quarterfinals through the Finals.
Tournament seeding will be determined at random by the tournament organizers after registration has closed.
Tournament will be single-elimination. Free play will be available after the completion of the tournament.
Registration for the tournament will end on 11/18/06 at 2PM.
There will be guitar controllers available for use at the tournament. Participants are welcome to bring their own guitar controllers for use in the tournament, but they are subject to prior approval by event organizers before they are used in competition.
