if you cannot hit solo b and overstrum a lot + missed 5-10 notes everytime... is it better to activate on solo c instead?

Well, in debr's path, the SP deployed in the nasty part of solo B ends less than 2 measures before the next phrase. Thus, you can't delay the activation for too long. If you whammied every hold, maybe you'll need to use the SP in the first of the orange holds right after that nasty part. I haven't tested this method yet but, if you want to test alright!
