1 (once combo is 4x)
2
2
2 (after red hold)
<1 wasted>
Well that ^ is what I used to get 131K, but I know this would be better :
1 (once combo is 4x)
2
2
1 (straight away)
2 (straight away)
I'm just not good enough at whammying to get that last '1'. _________________

Whoa, just played through this with my feet, I freaked out when I saw a blue note, I thought I'd accidently put it on medium. |

He just calculated the way for people to maximize their scores. Even though you're new to the game I'm sure you understand the concept of Star Power (doubles the points of the notes you hit within it).
There are optimal combinations of Star Power activations for each song. When you see "3-2-2-1" for example it means collect 3 SP's and activate at a (given) point; collect 2 SP's and activate; collect 2 SP's and activate; collect 1 SP and activate.
Where you activate is important because for the highest score you'll need as many notes (or hold points) under Star Power.
Once you get more experience at the game you can try out an important technique called "squeezing" - it's activating your SP at the last second (when the first note you want under SP is half past the hit mark). Doing this will allow you to get one (or a few) more note(s) under SP, bringing your score up. |

OMFG! I'm about to kill someone/something! All the squeezes here are pretty crazy but I can get 2 or 3 out of 4 pretty often. I can get all 4 seperately but for the life of me can't get them all together.
My best shot was when I got the first 3 but missed the note on the last activation. If I pulled that off, I would have had 1363xx, outsqueezing even Cdw. _________________

I'll fix that when I can.
Edit: Got realistic optimal. Don't think anyone's getting that 1/2 beat double squeeze at the end for ticks. Honestly, none of the squeezes in this are that hard, except maybe the one in the solo. _________________

The one in the solo is the one that prevented me from the optimal score but I usually do get it. It's either the 1st or the 3rd (mostly the latter) squeeze that prevent me from improving even further. _________________
