So despite the fact that DWDTG is the finale song, which means that they'd figure everybody will want to play it outside of battle, they decide to hose an entire console and make it only available via DLC. I know downloading stuff will create a lot of revenue for them and such, but all us poor PS2 users get shafted out of playing the finale song?

Charging more for playing the boss battles as normal songs via DLC would be one of the worst things I can think of. All they would need is a patch to get the battle songs which were already charted in the game into quick-play, and it really should have been in the game in the first place.

If they do charge for the boss battles, I'll probably still buy them. I doubt I'm ever going to bother with Guitar Hero 4 though if they pull a move like that. Especially when I'll finally have another guitar game to look at in less than a month.

Couple of Notes:

Messages is in fact on Libertad. But as an iTunes Bonus Track (meaning to get it, you have to buy the album from iTunes).

I WAS RIGHT!!! I knew the Boss Battle Songs would be DLC and I was RIGHT!

Most people were also right about the Velvet Revolver Songs being DLC.

Though no one expected Foo Fighters. That's just cool.
