Since no one else has posted a path for this song, I thought I might. The activations are probably a little off, but here's what I think is the optimal path:

2 - 12th Yellow (Yellow sustain in measure 27)
3 - 3rd Green
2 - 6th Yellow (Yellow sustain in measure 93)
2 - 1st Red
