I'm currently in 2nd place on this song on PS2 by only 200 points, and I used this:
2 - 2nd G note of m11
2 - next note
2 - as soon as possible (DO NOT whammy the RY and R hold in m38)
3 - YB chord in m75
3 - immediately (NO WHAMMYING IN ANY OF THESE PHRASES)
2 - 2nd G note of m124 (to squeeze in the last chord, although it is a lot easier/safer to just activate on the 1st G and give up the extra 200 pts)

Used your path and even got a better score. I could have sworn I missed out on a lot of squeezes (seeing Piso's score confirms that). I got very lucky because I whammied one of the 3 phrases I wasn't supposed to but activated with select and it all worked out.

In simpler terms, for those having difficulty understanding:
2 - 3rd G note
2 - NN
2 - NN worked fine for me, whammy everything EXCEPT the first two holds of the first phrase.
3 - 2nd YB chord
3 - Immediately after phrase ends, no whammying at all.
2 - 2nd G note
This path got me 278K, but I did the first and last activations sloppy... maybe i'll get 280K sometime when I feel like playing it again. >_> |
