Frankenstein Les Paul

Yup, I painted my Les Paul like Van Halen's Frankenstein guitar. My guitar hed been broken and been fixed so many times that it was called a Frankenstein guitar by my friend. Of course, the steel plate and extra screws coming out of it didn't help, but he gave me an idea. So, I decided to paint my guitar like the frankenstein, because it fit. I modeled it after this picture:

And here it is

It didn't come out perfect, there is quite a bit of white bleed over onto the black which made me sad, but some of it actually makes it look better. I'm probably still going to find a way to remove some of the excess white, just because it makes it look sloppy. Still, it ended up looking pretty good I thought.
And yes, this is a Wii Les Paul, I made a cover for the wiimote window thing, just so I could add more design to the faceplate and such.
Oh, and ignore the sticker

I cut it out of an old plastic DVD case

It actually looks really good after painting it

That is the best wii guitar paint job that I've seen so far. And probably the best Frankenstrat paintjob too. There are ALOT of Frankenstrats, but yours really stands out.

I'll probably leave the white on the black stripes, because it does make it look pretty cool.

Wooo...looks good man, waaayyy better than the crappy black thing it used to be. Now you can bring that beast to Friday nights and we can pwn uber noobs in style, also, when it breaks for good, you HAVE to frame it on your wall..I will come over to your house personally and frame it if I have to...you know, if you can't reach and all. Dude. :P
