Yes, I hit it with my pinky while keeping my thumb on the strumbar so I can hit the note right after I activate the SP. |
Didn't realize so many people used their pinkys to activate SP. I use the side of my hand which I pretty much rest on the select button. The only problem is when I'm trying to activate an SP early and off the beat I occasionally cause an accidental strum. _________________

I can't hit the second SP fast enough for it to end before collecting the third one on the RB hold. To you guys tilt for that one or hit select? I'm hitting select just as I'm reaching to strum for the GY and it's just not quick enough, and I'm even tryingt o hit the RB late too. |

Haha his video is removed. I guess he turned out to be a you-tube hater. And wow this thread is like the history if the squeeze it's funny. I guess I learned how to squeeze after first reading this thread. Anyway.. time to try to get a decent score on this song even though I haven't played it in 3 months _________________

Hm. I followed that SP path perfectly and still ended up about 350 shy of 1st. Has the path changed a bit since May, or do I just need to squeeze more hold points? (I'm sure I'm actually holding the notes all the way through by the way...) _________________

You're likely hitting the first and last squeezes...but missing the one during the solo (-200) and not whammying the short holds enough (the amount of the long sustain you cover under SP and the additional tiny bit from whammying the hell out of those short holds that you would've gotten) should account for the additional ~150 points you're missing. _________________
