ONE FC
Bump for a story, video and picture with my One FC!!!
Here's the picture, and click it for a video. Make sure you click High Quality!
First off, I played the song for almost 7 hours two Sundays ago. 7 hours. That included the most horrific choke I have ever had. My dad walked in, didn't say anything, and stood off to the side. I noticed his presence, and my concentration was shattered. I completely forgot the strumming pattern and missed with TWENTY FIVE NOTES LEFT. TWENTY FIVE. It SUCKED. I then choked again later in the day at the beginning of the Harmony Solo, but I knew that if I would choke anywhere, it would be there.
The next day I spent most of the day wasting time on a Science Fair project. The Science Fair was yesterday, and I had to work on it because I was leaving for two weeks. I got third at the fair at my school, and the people who got second, won the team even at the one yesterday, so they get to go the the Intel International Science Fair twice, so I get to take there spot. I'm going to Reno in May for the Intel International Science Fair! w00t! I started playing One again at like 7. I spent about a half hour in practice mode, before real runs. On my fourth real run, BAM! FC. Hell yes.
So that's the story. One Hard FC. GH3H FC #69. 571,681 was my score, but I could have have 572k. I missed one squeeze. Anyway, I think its time for a long break. YAY!
One FSA FC Vid on Hard!
My Two One Chokes:
1st Choke:
This was by far the worst choke I have ever had, and probably one of the worst One (Hard) chokes too. I was in the Outro, when I noticed my dad all of a sudden standing by me. It completely shattered my concentration and I missed. 2000 note streak, 2009/2025 notes hit. It REALLY sucked. I had it on vid, but I accidently deleted it. It was really funny. I completely spazzed out after I missed.
2nd Choke:
This one wasn't as bad, but still a choke. I missed in the Harmony Solo beginning strumming. This one wasn't nearly as bad though.

I still haven't been able to pass it since my first time passing it, I need to practice the solos more.
Either way, great job. _________________

Nice job! I remember Climactic Build Up being the reason I failed so many times before passing it. I bet your heart was pounding after that red scare in SFA3 huh? :P _________________

Thanks for noticing that. It is on Expert and it is indeed too high. It's 1.409 not 2.409. Not that close to a 5* . _________________

You must be improving at an amazing exponential rate if you once had 135 k on Closer and then later on (since the games only been out about 6 months) FCing Monsters, not to mention getting first place on it. Great job! _________________
Why does no one talk about Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away) when talking about fast strumming? 81 notes at 16 NPS for 2.5 measures? No one's gonna hit that.
14 sightread FC's including Mountain Song O_O on RB2! |

Note that this is hard though. The Monsters solo on hard is WAY easier than it is on expert. _________________
