It means get 2 SP phrases and activate on the red-yellow chord.
Get 3 SP phrases and activate on the RY chord.
So on and so on.
If you need a picture, I have the path in my post above to help visualize it.

Should net 210K+ everytime, I missed ticks on my run after getting the big squeeze

I would just like to mention that, if you are really bad, the above path can get you 209561. *blush*
All kidding aside, that path did raise my sight-read FC score by about 11k. (yay!)
