I guess Activision doesn't care if you do this with DJ Hero because unlike WT, and all the other GH games since it, there's no "activation code" so it's not like you can just use the code and return it, getting a free game or whatever.

What are the stipulations for returning the controller and game at Gamestop? Do you need to have all the stuff the game came with? Do you need to purchase anything extra to get it covered? I've been wary of buying it due to the faulty controller reports but if there's a way to easily return it I may just ask for this for Christmas.

I see, mine only drops sometimes, Not often. But I could understand it would be major if you break combo every time.
