Can someone check this out for me, Please.

Quote:
Vocalist Scoring - Guitar Hero 5 Series
In Guitar Hero 5 Series (Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero), the vocal scoring is treated a bit like sustained Notes, except for being required for basic play. Each time you sing in key, it add score. By keep in tune for exactly 80% of the time of a line, the player multiplier is added to, and if in a Star Power phrase a Quarter of the star power is added to meter. Keeping in tunes for over 80%, you will get higher score, and in a Star Power Phase, more Star Power, the amount gained is the remainder of the Line. There is a Progress Meter to help players know how close they are to the 80%.

This is for a guide which basicly is a update of one of the files on the Wiki.

It means that, unlike Metallica, Smash Hits, Van Halen or even the PS2 version of GH5, the phrases won't be worth 500 points here. Mostly, it is way more of a vantage using SP before the end of a really long phrase than just using it on a bunch of short phrases.

Also, the more accurate you are through the phrase, the more points it'll give you. In other words, if you can fill the progress gauge beyond the needed for an Excellent, then you'll get more points. In SP phrases, you can get more SP if you fill more than just the needed to hit that phrase.

Hope you understand it.
