Well after a month I got a new controller, and it's slightly different than the first gen one I had, smoother, cool little decal on my turntable, and buttons are 'clickier' than my old one was.

I waited a month plus for this controller, now I gotta shake the rust off!

I've already noticed a huge jump though in some of the songs I've gotten to play score wise.

I'm glad to hear improvements have been made already ^_^

Fortunately, I haven't had any probs with my controller (yet?). I'd hate to go without playing while waiting for a replacement to ship <_<

Fuck gamestop, I'm buying all my shit at best buy from now on. 2 year, no questions asked, immediate replacement == win and a half.

It's great to see people playing better when they use a working dj deck :p... the one i've been borrowing honestly only has had a problem with rewinds... where it just won't give me a full rewind sometimes, when it should.

Mine wouldn't even recognize my rewinds, and would error a LOT on fast scribbles, but I didn't know at the tim ethat was the controller, thought it was me...

Some of my scores are up 50k, others 200k, it's ridiculous, and I'm still missing things I shouldn't trying to shake the rust off.

Some songs I haven't 5 star'd I have done with ease tonight.

I didn't realize how much that controller was holding me back o.O It has taken me some time to get used to it though, it's a lot smoother than my old one, both the record and the fader, so I'm missing some fades I didn't at first, but I'm starting to get the timing back.

I took a 1st place from you btw Grimnir, a setlist, go win it back I made mistakes and know it can be beat.

good job caseyddr. A good working controller is key to these rhythm games. It's so frustrating when they start crapping out. You know you can do better, but the controller won't let you. On a side note, I entered this thread thinking someone did a run with 2 controllers, lol. That would be crazy!
