DJ Hero 2 Is Coming in October! (Gaga, Deadmau5, Chem. Bros)

Of course it's not going to be the DJ Hero you know, it's going to be the DJ Hero you WANT! God, I want this so bad!!!! I'll make due with what DJ Hero 2 gives me. I do like that freestyle aspect. Probably crank out some sweet scratches.

...has anyone noticed that in the DJ Hero "Buy Now" section, they show an "all white" DJ Hero turntable controller to go along with the Party Bundle kit?

Seems like were getting a new turntable color

More pre-DJ Hero 2 news:

Seems like Usher's "OMG" is going to be used in the game, or in some part of the game. Deadmau5 is a playable character in the game with some of his songs being used in the game as well, BUT we now have another playable character + producer which pretty much confirms a rumor from not too long ago, and that DJ is David Guetta. Z-Trip is back, not sure if he is going to be a playable character again, but it does say that he will put out two exclusive mixes of his into the game.

I've been thinking about the freestyle sections a bit and started wondering how they will be scored? There is no way they could program this game to understand creativity. My only guess is that they will make a scoring system similar to the freestyle red sample from DJH1, except allowing more notes for points. It would be incredibly idiotic for them to score it like the effects knob sections (faster you turn, more points). This way would totally negate the aspect of free styling as players would only spam the action as fast as possible. I'm hoping for a max note count style or something better.
