Well I actually managed to get 100k increase on O211... Holy shit, Never thought I'd /ever/ get more than say 5-10k on O211 and it knocked me over 21M on GH2! That also knocked MrScientest down a rank two weeks in a row... I'm sorry (kinda) |

Leaderboards are up to date, for today, 07/15/2015, enjoy. Things were pretty quiet this week, with no action at all on the Easy or Medium boards. Over on Hard guitar, we had juggledave, whom got 3,257,407 in new points, moving him up several spots and allowing him to debut on the Grand Total board, congrats to him. Expert was more interesting, with 1,008 points from alexhaz64, (15,054) points from MrOmyA, 134,963 points from RobGHH, and (142,642) points from PinkiePie91 with an extra 10,000 or so on the Grand Total board. MrOmy now sits just outside the top 20 on the O211, but PinkiePie91 is fast catching up to him. For the week, I will give the nod to juggledave, its been a while since we have seen new faces, so welcome aboard. Lets hope for more excitement next week.
As for me, work, Diablo3, Hearthstone, Pool. Diablo3 remains fun, if a bit stale waiting for the awesome new patch to hit. I have been working on gearing up the barb still, and Kadala will not let me get the last two pieces I need for the Wastes set there. Hearthstone, I have now moved on from Goblins and Gnomes packs, as I have practically all blues, and most of the epics I want, instead buying classic packs with the gold I earn. The pool has been a welcome respite this week, owing to temperatures finally around July norms for STL, highs near 93 or better Farenheit most days, bleh. In work news, we got my buildings done last week, but this week is a Middle School, which has been very busy and crazy. Unfortunately, it feels like a lot of hurry up and wait here, so we will see how it goes. Have a good week all. _________________

| I doubt I'll be able to find 100k in the O211. It looks like all I have left in points really is PS2, and 7 starring H18. So... Band hero time I guess?
Edit: Speak of the devil, H18 7 stars first run of the day. So... maybe possible. |

I would join this, but, way too lazy to play every song in the series atm, and besides, i don't even have a PS2 guitar for 80's or GH1 anymore |

Anyone can join at any time, I tend to add people to the data crawl who post regularly on the forums. Expert is by far the hardest board to get on, but that is mostly due to its popularity. Not having access to half the O211 with the PS2 games would likely make it very hard for you to ever get on those leaderboards. However, the later games have FAR more points and allow people to get on the leaderboards easier than the earlier ones. Hence, why if you are missing WoR you cannot mathematically even get on the Expert board, but if you are missing both PS2 games you still theoretically can. WoR has some 34.5 million points, but GH1 (13.3 million) + GH80s (8.9 million) still only adds up to about 22 million. 50th place is 204 million, and community totals are just over 230. If you are referring to anything but Expert, all but the O211 should be accessible without having all the games. I hope that helps.
For reference, I see your totals as:
Expert = 450 48,807,316 450 8,984,256 450 49,688,585
Where the first number of each set is your ranking of people I have tracked.
Enter more scores, and likely you will go up. Good luck. _________________

There's not much action on the boards; but I'm catching up like 10-20 million points an update on Expert and getting closer to the cutoff for all boards. Hopefully will be on all of them soonish! |

Was not aware that GH:A /after/ you FC TKAR is /really/ fucking easy to redux, and how many /terrible/ scores I had on GH2. Really wish I had a PS2 though... would be much easier for GH2. |

Just fucking do it. You get a lot of experience from playing all sorts of songs, even the most boring ones, a lot more than if you'd just play TTFAF over and over.
Try some bass tracks, too. A lot of them are very interesting and push the gameplay to a whole new level. _________________

Playing the harder bass songs is really good at improving your skills actually. The presence of mind required to learn how to take your fingers completely off of the frets while still strumming (quickly) is a skill that XGuitar can't teach you; but improves your finger speed. |

And I also agree that bass (Even though as my track record shows, kinda fucking suck at it) will help with a fair amount of things. |
