The demo is fucking incredible. The "hidden" trick track in New Zealand is awesome and reminds me of jump-heavy stuff like Tokyo from Tricky. What I'm really anxious to try out, though, is this "survival" mode that IGN talked about in their review- has there been anything like that in a downhill racing game before? _________________

Absolutely love the demo. Just like old times. I was able to pick up 2:12 on the race and 13 million on the trick course with a fuck up that costed me at least 3 million. That 20 million is nuts, but I think I could get close. The 1:50 is just retarded.
Cannot wait until tomorrow. |

1:50? Holy hell that's ridiculous. Best I had was 2:03.xx. But I think I hit around 18-19 mil on the Trick It run, couldn't quite get over 20.
Anybody on here get the full game today? Almost nobody on my friends list is gonna get the game, so I'm looking for some people to compete with in the Explore mode. I'm on Xbox.

I downloaded the demo from PSN but haven't had a chance to play it yet. I did play a lot of SSX 3 back in the day so I'm looking forward to how it compares.

I'm Applied Math too! In my second year, considering a double major in Accounting. _________________

Well finally got the damn game today, finished up the tour which was very easy in general and then did some global events.
I can definitely see global events being damn fun and I really like how they are doing them, some people are just too good online already though heh. I did a JT2 one that had about 40 people doing it just to see how well my demo time would stand up, guy who won got a 1:41 while I finished on a 1:50, not sure exactly what place but in the platinum bracket anyway (how are the brackets split up anyway?)
Guess I'll do some explore tomorrow, should be fun actually start working on times now _________________
