The PS3 Band Thread: JPM: GHVH Platinum Trophy! FBFC Stuff!

OK, so there are lots of different PS3 band threads in this forum, casual bands, trophy bands, score bands, whatever. I think it is ridiculous to try and do all these things separately when there are so few PS3 players on the site. So what I propose is that we all use this thread to form bands, go for trophies and FBFCs, and basically just as a base for discussion and planning, rather than all try to run separate threads, separate bands.

So if you're interested, post below with you PSN tag, preferred instruments and skill levels, time zone and type of band you're looking for and games that you own. Any type of band will be catered for if all goes well.

Thanks for all the responses, guys, hopefully this project should work out.

parzrevenge has organised our first attempt at a FBFC - we're gonna try Ice Cream Man on GHVH. Fairly challenging for a first one, I need to practice the guitar solo a lot

But hopefully it'll work out. It's scheduled for thursday, afternoon to early evening for GMT, and there may be a stream, not sure yet. Keep a lookout guys!

I don't give a fuck about anything but trophies so don't ask me to fbfc anything unless theres a trophy for it and then only easy songs

Looking to boost: Guitar hero van halen, metallica, 6, 5, in that order.

Also I'm always willing to help people earn trophies, so if I finish a game ill still be willing to help other people earn the trophy

Also Also, I vote second project be getting the gh vh platinum percent higher than 0.0000000000000001 so people don't think we're a big lot of noobs on ps3

OK, it's the day before I go back to school, so I'm gonna do a little update kindof thing. Firstly, PSN network is down, they said it would be for about a day, this is the third day and counting, so not much has happened recently. Next, sorry to hear about that jordan, try what Cabanon said, it seems to work although I've never had it myself. Seeing as I'm back at school, I can't do much in the way of playing for the next couple of months, that will probably be the case for quite a few people. I think maybe we should start getting together some bands, concrete times, stuff like that. And finally, on a personal note, if anyone can direct me to an extremely cheap drum kit, GH or RB, doesn't matter, I'd be very grateful. I need them for trophies and stuff. I actually took my Grade 8 in real drums last year, so who knows, maybe I'll be amazing XD Probably not, but we'll see. REALLY cheap though - I'm talking about 20 dollars.
