no. there will not be a DS breakdown. if someone else wants to do it fine but there's like five people that even played those games. not worth the trouble.
as far as the GHA thread ending, it was like this with just group A and group B remaining:
A1
A2
A3
A4
A5
A6
B1
B2
B3
i placed B2 first, which ended up:
A1
A2
A3
B2
A4
A5
A6
B1
B3
now I am certain that B1 will be above B2, and B3 will be below B2. then I placed B3 starting from the bottom and it ended here:
A1
A2
A3
B2
A4
A5
A6
B3
B1
now only B1 remains. I know it goes above B2 somewhere, so the whole bottom half of the list is done and goes on the final ranking leaving this
A1
A2
A3
B1
now it's a matter of figuring out where B1 goes.
Really it's not rocket surgery.
as far as having lots of songs in each group, it was either that or have way more groups which makes the final phase a real clusterfuck.
keep the lists coming. the more data points the better. _________________

Come on, easier than Santeria? I recall you being oddly inconsistent at Schism so I understand it being placed on the easier half of the group for you, but give the trill some credit; there's no way it's easier than Santeria. Half of Santeria has 4 notes per measure and the HOPO chains in its solo, with the exception of 2 notes, are mostly at about 9.2 NPS. The Spiderwebs trill is just shy of 15 NPS, is composed of slider notes, and is within the last 10 seconds of a 5+ minutes long song. Even if you completely disregard every other part of Spiderwebs (which you might as well do since it's lolez), the trill alone should make it the harder of the 2. |
dude, i had SO much trouble with santeria first trying to FC it. measures 38-40.
spiderwebs i'm pretty sure i got in one run after practicing the trill. the trill for me was just learning the number of taps, you have plenty of time to get in tapping position.
i'm just bad at schism. theres that fucking like 2 minute bridge with the random hopo somewhere in the middle. and the outro. and i had tons of trouble not missing in at least one of the verse quads. and its 7 minutes long.
i can understand rearranging these, but this is my vote.
note* all of this is based on the first time I FCd the song, not now _________________

Don't weigh my Group H too heavily, I'm pretty fuzzy on the middle of it. _________________

American Woman. It's got some soloing, but it's not something a newbie couldn't handle with some practice. Aggro is tricky, it has chords, alt-struming and constant DU DU DU DU strumming which is easy to randomly miss on.

American Woman, pretty much the same reasons exxucus said.
Maybe we should do 2 questions because this will take forever especially Group E _________________

LOL @ how long this is going to take.
Eh, now that I think about it, I think American Woman is easier. There's literally nothing to note about the song, whereas Aggro has an odd riff in Verse/Bridge 2. _________________

I got American Woman way before Aggro, so that's my vote.
On a side note... Hooray! I'm finally qualified enough to vote on these again. |

Definitely American Woman, surprised there's any question about it.
I got it as my 9th FC over 2 years ago, but the stupid alt-strumming sections on Aggro mean I still haven't FC'd that one. |
