DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

I am facing some problems when i am trying to download a chart file...it sends me to a page called FREEUPLOAD.NET and then nothing...what's going on?And how can i download something?

Mine keeps sending me to savefile.com and comes up with loads of sponsers and no links!
