MW3 ps3 capture card if you have all 3 of these please help me out

So basically I got my first MOAB in MW3 for the ps3 but you can't upload anything in theater mode that's over 30 seconds. I can't afford a capture card for my ps3 so I was hoping that someone could add me as a friend on ps3, go to my online vault and record my 5 minutes moab run and send the video to me. I know it seems like a pain but I would really appreciate anybody being able to help me out with this. My PSN gamer tag is: benoitRAGE

Probably could've posted this in MW3 thread, anyway, if you did this on 360 I could've helped you :P.
