Okay so I called activison support right. I then said agent for practicaly 5 minutes in the menus and each time I would hear sorry could repeat that or something and I am pretty sure I may be retarded, can someone guide me through this

nevermind I guess I didnt check one of the menues but it did say sorry, our activision agents are not here right now... blah blah blah
