Well, since you're a fan of not dying, I urge you to... not die please And I'm afraid seeking advice from a doctor has to be added to your to-do list .__. You'll probably get something to prevent your blood pressure from going even lower, most likely to make it rise up again to normal

Also, congratulations for that 10K you ran in an hour ! And even more wOOts for dem 5pounds lost over the course of these past 2 weeks !

Your story is making me wonder whether or not I should take a trip to the doctor's office, as I've come pretty damn close to fainting or at least having my legs give out on several occasions within the past few months.

On the bright side, right on with the 10K! I've run it twice, back in my heavier days. The first time I ran it, I clocked in at barely over an hour. The second time around, in 2010, I did 58:46. I just did a 10K on the elliptical machine a couple days ago, clocking in at 56:22 and finishing the entire workout with 6.6 miles in 60 minutes while burning a ridiculous 878 calories. And the resistance was between 8 and 14, gradually increasing as this went down, so I'm pretty fired up about my chances of hitting 50 minutes when I run the real deal again this summer. If you keep at it, you might be hitting 55 sooner rather than later. Keep on rocking!

Would be nice. Lately I've just been on a caffeine binge. Black coffee is...kinda starting to grow on me. It seems to keep the blood pressure right in the low-100s/low-60s range, which is good enough for now. Nothing permanent, though. But yeah, w00ts indeed, sir! Thank ye.

Dude, if you can hit 56ish minutes with varying gradients, hit up a flat surface and go nuts. I imagine you'll do freakin' great.

Week 42

Getting closer...came in this time at 207 pounds, so yeah, 2 pounds lost once again. Nothing much to report this time around; however, I did find myself wearing a Medium shirt, which I thought was cool enough to warrant a picture. *points down a couple of lines*

Amazing work. You lost enough weight to my weight before I started Jiujitsu. You are truly amazing, keep it up to your target weight!

Christ you're on par with me now, insane haha.
Although the difference is you probably have a more in-shape body than me since you've been doing this for months on end, whereas I've just been mooching around

Fucking amazing job!

Ha, whatever works. I happen to think a good black coffee is one of the nicer things in life, and if it keeps you from fainting, all the better!

Possibly, but cosmetically, not so much. That loose skin really has taken its toll. But yeah, thanks, dude, for real.

Thanks. Just remember, though, I couldn't have done it without the ol' community for support. Y'all've done y'all's part and then some.

Indeed. All my latte-chuggin' friends are always giving me looks like I'm some sort of alien or somethin' when we go to Starbucks and I order my coffee black. I actually tried a pumpkin spice latte a couple of weeks ago, though, and it was pretty damn good. After going for so long without sugar, though, it doesn't seem to have its place in my palate that it used to anymore. Strange.

It's all good. I mean...even I take a while to post sometimes! See? Thank you all the same, though, really.

Oy, thank ye. And as for National Stuff Your Face With Food Day, I did what any 'Murrikan worth his salt did and...well...stuffed the ever loving shit out of my face. Just saying, I may or may not have had a slice of six different types of pie that day. Easily the most I've eaten all year.

Week 43

204 pounds, this week, 3 pounds closer to the big goal. I hadn't even realized, but I passed the 150-pound mark this week. Holy crap. As awesome as it is, though, I've got my eyes set on a bigger prize, and it's so. damn. close.

Week 44

Oh, shit. Thanksgiving. Did I gain any weight? *steps on scale* 203 pounds...1 pound lost...phew! I should consider myself damn lucky that I didn't gain. I kinda went nuts with food this Thanksgiving. Anyway, moving forward...

Week 45

Lost another 2 pounds, leaving me sitting at 201 pounds. Ugh, one more week, damn it. Just one more.

Dropping into the 190s finally would be absolutely awesome. I can't believe you've been at this for 11 months now. That's incredible determination.

Shit, my bad, man. Had a reply ready for you and everything, but I guess I missed the tab when I was copy/pasting everything. But yeah, as for last time, if my knees would lemme run a marathon, I'd be all over it. Sadly, 'tis not the case, but it ain't all bad! As for this time...truth be told, I can't believe it either. And thanks, man.
