Calibrating Disabled VSync in GH3PC

Okay, so with GH3PC, my video and audio calibration is 0 and 200 respectively, and that's with VSync enabled.

I've heard that when VSync is disabled most people have to lower the ms on their video calibration. And when I disable VSync, raising the video ms makes the game more unplayable than it was on 0 ms.

On my GH3 Wii, the window is fine, but compare GH3PC with Vsync disabled or even enabled, and the window is definitely worse.

So how can I lower the ms even though it's already on 0? Have I done something wrong beforehand?
