Fixing the whammy bar - PS2 to PC

OK, so I realized the solution to me not being able to use the whammy bar, is changing the controller mode to Analog mode.
The problem is, of course, the controller is a guitar, so you need an external software.
I heard that such a software would be TigerGame Controller Adapter, however I can't find any downloads for it.
Is there any other software for me to change the controller mode to analog? Is there a link to download TigerGame Controller Adapter?
