Hello everyone,

I wrote a complete tutorial for making custom songs for GHWT PC. It incorporates everything that GHWT can offer: forced HOPOs, overlapping notes, open bass notes, orange cymbal and accented notes for drums. You can download the tutorial from the link below, as well as the tools needed for the creation of your custom song. Don't be scared of the length of the tutorial (16 pages), most of it are pictures.

I'll just post the table of contents here.

1. INTRODUCTION
2. PROGRAMS YOU WILL NEED
3. MAKING SONG CHART IN FEEDBACK
A. Charting guitar part
I) Overlapping notes
II) Star power
III) Slider sections
IV) Forced HOPOs
B. Charting bass part
C. Charting drum part
4. CONVERTING THE SONG
a) .chart to MIDI
b) MIDI to qb
c) .chart to array.txt
d) Drum fills
5. CONVERTING MUSIC FILES TO THE GAME FILES
6. RENAMING YOUR CUSTOM SONG
7. TESTING!
8. CREDITS

Download the tutorial and tools here:

Have fun creating your custom songs for GHWT! Please rate and leave feedback!

P.S.: I'm currently working on recreating the GHIII songs into the new GHWT format, including drum parts. If you would like to contibute (for example charting the drum part for some of the songs), feel free to let me know and we can make a deal.

Ey man just saw your post. If you cracked this bitch and you can import custom songs... Can you please add guitar hero metallica songs into world tour PC?? With drums and guitars on expert? There is guitar hero 3 metallica but that sucks i want to play drums. If you can do it... You'll be a real hero! I'm sure a lot of people will want to play your "mod"!

What exactly did you do? What files did you change? I can't help you if you don't give me details.

as it would be easyer to use editer no fire
as you can just press 5 lane drumming
and add open notes and just press the option to turn notes to sliders
